Grand Historical building in the heart of Everett. Built in 1907 as Washington School it was remodeled into senior living in 1988 with two additional buildings added on to either side. It has since had extensive remodeling to update it but has always kept with the original stunning architecture.

Here is a bed in a room. It doesn't really do it justice, you have to come in and see for yourself how much room and storage we have! We even offer a free storage unit that is in house here for you to use for all that fun holiday decorations or extra wardrobe changes ....Ladies.......

What you have a wood shop?? Yes we do!! Full 20x20 room with more power tools than you can shake an electrical cable at. Available for your use for any and all great projects you can plan.

Forget Toothpaste? Cat food? Need a birthday card or some new fabulous jewelry? Well we have it here! At Washington Oakes Essentials store if we don't carry it let us know and we will for you. Open M-F and staffed with resident volunteers another fun thing to do if you like volunteer work

As you enter Washington Oakes you will find yourself surrounded by exceptional beauty as you see here in our lobby area, but the thing that stands out the most is the feeling you get; the feeling of family and home. Our Front Desk is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week so there is always someone around if you have a question or need help.

We have a full service dining experience here every day serving breakfast lunch and dinner in style. You will be waited on by trained servers who can help with explaining the menu options to working with your dietary needs. Our food is by far the best in the industry and always changing with lots of variety and flavor. No need to go out family's are welcome to join you and trust me they will want to!!

Sit and enjoy the warmth around our lobby fireplace chat with friends read the paper or open your mail. Our private mailboxes are located in the lobby and close to the front desk for convenience

Billiards, Poker, Pinochle, Cribbage, Bridge, Puzzles, Darts, Putting greens and so much more!! With over 150 activities a month if you can find time in your schedule to play around in the game room because there's always something fun going on.

All of our apartments come with a full kitchen. Full size fridge & stove with cook top. Even our Studio apartments have full kitchens. To cook or not to cook that is the question.... Although your rent does include two meals a day some people still like the midnight snack (who doesn't!) and having a full kitchen sure does make that a little sweeter.

We offer studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus den, 2 bedroom 1 bath and 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments! So no matter the size you like we have it. Starting from 450 Studios up to 1100 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments. Of course we cant put pictures of all of them on here as we have so many great different floor plans but you are welcome to come in anytime to see for yourself. We are here 7 days a week to help you out!
