About St Anthony's Care Home IV - Fremont, CA

Who We Are St. Anthony's is a caring, friendly and involved community located in the Ardenwood Area of Fremont. St. Anthony's residential care is a family owned care home company, where the resident's needs and wants are top priority. Our business has been an active member in the elderly care industry for 16 years, allowing us to apply the best known practices in each of our homes. Since the establishment of St. Anthony's in 1992, we have continued to provide quality care for our residents. Quality of care is greatly emphasized, and our care that we provide cannot be compared to any other facility in the area. We treat each of our residents as if they are part of our very own family.

Our Philosophy The concept of family is idealized in our care giving practices. We take a very special approach to assisted living by showing at all times what it is like to cared for and loved by caring staff that views our residents as if they were one of their parents or grandparents.

For our residents, we provide a warm, safe, caring environment where all of their needs are met. We make sure that our residents feel like they are living in a real home with people who call them family. We provide loving assisted living care, at very reasonable rates, while providing our residents with more direct care supervision, while at the same time, respecting the individual privacy of our residents.

For our resident's families, we are committed to alleviating the stress and doubt that is always associated with moving an elderly family member from home. The quality of our homes will allow families to feel at ease, while also allowing them to feel as though they have found they right home and care for their loved one.
