Our 154-bed facility, opened in 1996, is one of a select group of skilled nursing facilities that has received the stringent JCAHO-accreditation for long-term care, postacute care and dementia special care. Our facility includes 30 physicians. In addition to our medical care, we strive to meet the social, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients. Our activities program provides unique opportunities for residents, like farm visits and pet programs. We offer transportation to community events and appointments and an on-site beauty and barbershop. We also offer religious services for all faiths and kosher meals. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA, most managed care plans and private insurance.
