Grace's Home II offers a large variety of different social programs that have been shown to improve the well-being of residents. There are a variety of different events as well; these events are created to help reinforce the great community atmosphere of our assisted living home. Because the privacy of residents is also respected one may opt-out. Nutrition is a major focal point at Grace's Home; three square meals are served per day and snacks are available at all times in the day for those who are interested. All meals are highly nutritious and ensure that levels of vitamins, protein, carbohydrates, fats and minerals are all kept at appropriate levels. Specialized or prescribed diets can be easily accommodated at Grace's Home II as well. Grace's Home offers nursing and medical services that are available 24 hours each day in order to ensure the health and happiness of residents.
