ABOUT US Agape Gardens is our newly open facility in Vacaville, CA. Our other facility called “Potter’s House Care Home” is located in Vallejo, CA in the Glen Cove area and has been licensed since 2002.

With over 10 years of experience in the care home business serving Solano and Napa counties, our goal is to provide long term care for seniors in a safe and comfortable environment. We work closely with each resident’s family members to provide personalized care for the individual and also encourage family members to take part in the decision making process for living arrangements and activities.
