Online Ratings and Reviews From the Best Senior Care Providers in North America<\/em><\/h2>\n

We recently announced the Best of 2017 Senior Living Awards. Over 1,600 assisted living, in-home care, and other senior housing providers across the United States and Canada were recognized this year.\"SeniorAdvisor.com's<\/a><\/p>\n

This is the fourth year that SeniorAdvisor.com has recognized the top Senior Care Providers with our Best of Awards. These awards celebrate the communities and agencies that have received outstanding feedback from their families on SeniorAdvisor.com. This year our awards recognized the top 2 percent of senior care providers according to their customers.<\/p>\n

The top three U.S. cities in 2017 with the most winners were\u00a0San Antonio assisted living<\/a>\u00a0(20 winners), Houston\u00a0assisted living<\/a>\u00a0(13 winners), and a two-way tie between Chicago assisted living<\/a>\u00a0and Tucson assisted living<\/a> (both with 11 winners). California, Texas, and Florida represent the top three states.<\/p>\n

More than half of the winners offer\u00a0more than one type of care to their seniors. Assisted living<\/a> was the most represented care type at 57.2 percent, followed by Alzheimer\u2019s care<\/a> at 46.1 percent.<\/p>\n

Each year we work to make these awards slightly harder to obtain and each year our communities rise to the occasion. To qualify for a SeniorAdvisor.com Best of 2017 Award, communities must have maintained an average overall rating of at least 4.5 stars and have received three or more new reviews in 2016.\u00a0Also, there are several behind the scenes criteria we use to ensure we keep the awards competitive and extremely prestigious. \u00a0We’ve seen a huge increase in the overall number of reviews for our communities showing that as more families look for the best care for their loved one that they rely on and create direct feedback about the senior communities. \u00a0This not only helps families looking for senior\u00a0care, but also ensures that the best communities get the attention they have earned and deserve.<\/p>\n
